Service Description

Learn one of the most important skills you can have — what to do when someone stops breathing. Our HLTAID009 CPR course covers everything you need to recognise when someone is unresponsive and act with confidence until help arrives. Practical, hands-on and straightforward — whether you're completing it for the first time or refreshing your skills. On successful completion you will be able to: Recognise when someone is unresponsive and not breathing normally Follow the DRSABCD action plan and call for emergency assistance Perform CPR on adults, children and infants in line with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines Use a defibrillator (AED) confidently and safely Manage a casualty until emergency services arrive Usually grouped with Provide First Aid HLTAID011. Certificates to be issued within 48 hours of course completion. Booking >5 people with a maximum of 15 per class.
